Invertis University was established in 1998 by The Government of UP as a state private University. It is located in Bareilly, UP. It offers a wide range of courses under Bachelor’s, Master’s and doctorate degree.
The campus is located on the Baraeily- Lucknow Highway (NH-24). Over the years it has emerged from one campus and 83 students to 8 institutions and over 6000 students.

Application and Admission Procedure
Admission Procedure
Student can apply online or offline for admission to Invertis university. The form can be obtained online by paying through the credit card/debit card/net banking.
Application Fees: Rs.750
Documents necessary for online application:
- Scanned passport size photograph not exceeding file size of 100kb
- Scanned copy of SSC/equivalent secondary school examination mark sheet
- Scanned copy of HSC/equivalent higher secondary school examination mark sheet
- Scanned copies of mark sheets and Degree certificate of Graduation or equivalent intermediate course. (If applying for PG)

Hostel and Facilities
The campus of Invertis University is environment friendly and provides a great learning experience. The campus is filled with a lot of trees and Plants.The University teaches students by both theoretical and practical methods. The university has a big library for the students to carry research.
Invertis provides five in campus hostels to its students where three are boy’s hostels and two are girls. The hostels are well furnished and have all the basic necessities like water facility, separate common rooms for girls and boys, mess, laundry facility, TV room and good security system. There is also availability of AC rooms in the hostels. There is 24 hours Wi-Fi connection with good internet speed.
The University has started a hobby club ‘Abhiruchi’ to encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities. Abhiruchi has six clubs: Technical club, Art club, Management club, Sports club, Cultural club and Media club. The organizers and members of these clubs are students themselves. The University also initiates workshops, international conferences and Technical meets for the students.

Eligibility
1) 3 year Law Degree Course - A candidate who has graduated in any discipline from a recognized University can appear for L.L.B. course
2) Integrated Degree Program - Candidate must have passed 10+2 Higher Secondary Exam or an exam cosidered to be equivalnt to 10+2 Higher Secondary Exam can enrol for integrated degree program (LLB and a first degree in any other subject).
Candidates who have obtained 10+2 Higher secondary exam certificate or a graduate degree after taking up other courses through distance mode are also considered eligible for integrated degree course. But those candidates who have obtained 10+2 Higher secondary exam certificate or a graduate degree through distance mode or from open universities without any basic qualification are not eligible for admission into law courses.
Minimum marks for admission into law courses -
1) 40% for SC/ST candidates
2) 45% for other candidates

Entrance Exam
The college accept entrance exams for some courses but for most of the courses the admission is based on class 12th score. The college released cut off for different courses. Admission can be done online as well as offline.
Fees
The college fee is way less as compared to other college it charges around 50k for 1 year. Students can also avail scholarships.
Placements
Top recruiting companies like Infosys, wipro, Microsoft visit the campus to hire the students. A lot of students get placed in these companies.
Hostel and Facilities
The college hostel is ok. Though I have not recided in the hostel but as per the experience of the my frinds the hostel and the mess food is ok. The fee of the hostel is a bit overrated around Rs 80k for a year.

The faculty of the college is great. They are very strict when it comes to following the rules of the college but at same time are always available for any kind of help.

The college has various groups such as marketing, finance, HR and more to provide specialized knowledge. The college provides you a lot of opportunities when iot comes to extra curricular activities. There are a number of events including technical fests and cultural fests. It is not just the students but the college also helps in organizing these events.
Academics
The college is very strict when it comes to attendance and if the student does not have 75% of the attendance, they will not be allowed to sit of the exams. The examination process is a very simple.
Internships
The college provides domestic as well as international internships. Only top ranking students get a chance to go for the international internships.
Loans and Scholarships
Loan facilities are provided by the college for your current studies as well as PG or research programs. Scholarships are offered to meritorious students.
Remarks
The college is pretty good. It is one of the top colleges of in the city. The college provides admission based on entrance test and also management seats. Like any other college, the management seats are pretty expensive. Though I got admission through the entrance test.
Entrance Exam
For admission I gave the jee mains as well as the UPSEE. Though I applied with my jee marks in this university and got selected I was even called for a basic interview process. It is very easy. You can ally online through the website as well as offline I applied offline by visiting the university. You can get direct admission through management quota too.
Fees
The fee for the college is very cheap as compared to other college. I paid around Rs 60k for 4 years. Since, I had admission through entrance test my fees was chep. The fee for students through management quota is a lot more.
Placements
The average placement salary for my branch is around 3-4 lakhs and that too depending upon the company and your academic score. The placement overall is not satisfactory. Though Amazon and uber have visited the campus for recruitment. The college promises plavcement but only about 60% students get placed.
Hostel and Facilities
Being a day scholar I don’t have much info about the hostel. But my friends who are hostellers tell met the hostel is not that great. The facilities are ok and room sare provided on sharing basis. Most of the students PG’s over the college hostel. The rent of the fee is also comparatively low and its comes with other facilities like unlimited WIFI and no restrictions.
Alumni
Alumni visit our college every year to share their corporate experience and industry insights. There is a reunion every year. There we get a chance to meet and interact with them. The network is very strong.
Faculty
The teachers are very good and helpful. Few teachers have PHd and degrees and over 10 years of teaching experience. Some of the faculty is also M.tech graduates. The teachers also available to help us with our project work and assignments.
Campus Life
The college has limited fests. Various departments conduct their own fests like the mechatronics department, computer department and more. There are quiz, project expo, exhibition and more. The cultural events and the college fest is one of the highlights of this college. Other than the academic there are also various extra curriculum activities in the college. One of it was ethnic day.
Academics
They cycle of the exam is very tiring as they are too many. Other than the mid sem and final exam we have a lot of assignment and tests on a monthly basis. Though because of this we are attentative and hence the exams are not that big deal.
Internships
I have not interned and therefore do not have much knowledge about this segment. The college does not provide any internship and students have to fined their own internship and have to ask for permission before pursing an internship. Students can do internship only after the exams are done.

Meritorious students are provided scholarship opportunities as well as students who are unable to pay the fee due to financial reasons are provided fee waivers/discounts.
Remarks
The only backdrop for me is that the university has been set out remotely outside the city. It causes transportation issues. Rest everything about the university is great. The faculty is professional, the peers are very supportive and friendly, the syllabus is upto date.
Entrance Exam
For admission into the btech course, no entrance exam is required. Candidates are admitted based on their class 12th marks. But if you entrance scores of exams like JEE Main you are clearly have an advantage over other students. Though, I you want to do M.tech as well from this university make sure you have around 50% aggregate in your b.tech degree.
Fees
When compares to the Btech fee charged by other colleges, the fee for this college is pretty descent. It charges around Rs 3 lakhs for the whole btech course. There are some additional charges about labs and library and other which need to be paid every year. Also, some discounts are offered to students who do not come from a strong financial background.
Placements
Some top recruitment companies like Wipro, HCL, SBI, Tata sky and more. The college has a dedicated placement cell and the average package is around 3-4 lakhs. But I think placement package is more depended on the type of company and the students marks and skills.
Hostel and Facilities
The university has a 4 hostel block which can accommodate more than 500 students. Other facilities include water supply, common rooms, and mess. The mess has decent food. There is also a tennis and a basketball court. The hostel fee is around 50k per year. The rooms also have attached bathroom.
Alumni
Seniors are like every other college. They are helpful but also some of them are rude. But overall they are helpful and also help in career advices.
Faculty
The faculty is very understanding and supportive. Most of them have more than 10 years of teaching experience some even have more than 20 years of experience. They also help us in any issue we face be it academics or something else.
Campus Life
The campus life is pretty awesome. Facilities provide by the college include cafeteria, various courts for different sports including cricket, football and basketball. The college also has a number of buses for transporting the students. The infra of the college is descent. Like any other reputed university, our university also organizes various fests. These can be technical, management, or technical fests. The cultural fests are more fun as they have various competitions. The students are pretty active in these events. Other than the fests, there is also a annual fest.

I don’t know much about the internships as i am just in the first year. Uptill now I have not interned. But I think internship is necessary in the 4th year. From what I have heard, the college does not arrange for your internship and you have to do it on your own.

It is dream for every student to study in this college and i was lucky to get admitted into the college.
