• More than 2500 students of various UG and PG programmes have been placed during the recent placements of UPES.
• Over 3800 offers have been made at the UPES during 2022 placements amounting to a record break of 20+ offers per day.
• 690+ recruiters (both national and multinational companies) have visited the campus of the UPES to hire students for various programmes.
• The highest package of the UPES stood at 50 Lakhs Per Annum and it was offered to the students of the BTech programme.
• Of the 80 courses offered by the UPES, 63 courses have recorded 100% placements.

• EDGE prepares students to face professional challenges through seminars, workshops and training programmes.
• Students will also get aptitude and comprehensive training, pre-internship training, pre-post training assessment, thinking skills, communication workshops, employability boot camp, mock interviews and industry mentoring by alumni.

Internships

• Summer internships are mandatory for all the Undergraduate and Postgraduate students of UPES.
• The minimum duration of summer internships is eight weeks and can go up to a maximum of 6 months.
• Faculty members and the Career Services Department of every school of UPES play a major role in ensuring internships for all students.
• UPES students undergo summer internships with various renowned organizations.
• Through the internship-based engagement process, leaders from various sectors such as Business Analytics, Transportation, Aviation, Infrastructure, Oil and Gas, Law, Logistics and Supply Chain have shown interest in assessing the capabilities of the students of UPES.
• Students of UPES have achieved internships at Amazon with a stipend of Rs. 1.5 lakhs per month.
