About the University

The Rajendra Agricultural University is one of the institutions of national importance for providing education in Agricultural and allied sciences at different levels such asundergraduate, postgraduate, and research. The University is situated in Samastipur district of Bihar state in India. On 3 December 1970, the Government of India established Rajendra Agricultural University. Since its establishment, the university has promised to produce an efficient human resource that can benefit the Agriculture of the country. Besides conducting training classes the university also conducts research work in different areas of agricultural sciences.

Admission Process

Admissions are done on the basis merit. The University conducts an Entrance Examination and G.D. The weightagegiven is as follows:

• Academic Qualification: 30% of U.G. marks.
• Written Test : 60%
• Group Discussion : 10%
