Remarks

This is the most reputed and famous college in the city. Balancing studies and free time by students is very easy and ragging is banned her and seniors are also very friendly and helpful. It is also an anti drug institute so intoxication and smoking are strictly prohibited and strict action is taken if one is caught in the act.

Entrance Exam

There online admission process is quite simple. People can get admission forms both through online and offline mode. This college conducts its own exam for admission. Students who have passed 10+2 in their relevant streams for their courses are eligible to give exam. Different entrance exam scores are also accepted for different courses in the university. It offers 63 programs in 11 different disciplines.

Fees

Our college tuition fee is INR 80k lacs per annum. Hostel fee is INR 50-70k lacs per annum. Fee structure may seem expensive but the facilities given are far better than any other college. The tuition fee does not increase but the hostel fee has been increasing, especially the room fee and the mess fees. For single room accommodation, the fee is higher. The amount paid is done for the whole academic year.

Placements

The placement record is very good. The college just got UGC approval as it is new. Average package offered in placements has been INR 7 lacs per annum. Major companies that visit the campus are: GenPact, Accenture, Siemens, Wipro Technologies, American Express, Vodafone, Marvell India, InfiNeon, TCS-Eserve, Trident, Godrej & Boyce, SAP LABS, S.T. Microelectronics etc.

Hostel and Facilities

Hostel rooms are very spacious and food quality in mess is better than most of the colleges. Wi-Fi, electricity costs are all included in the hostel fee. A well-equipped gym and other sports areas are also provided to hostellers. Food court serves vegetarian food at very reasonable prices. There is also a Guest House facility if a student’s parents/guardians come to visit

Alumni

The alumni network of the college is quite strong and juniors are allowed to interact with various alumni of the college who were willing to interact during orientation. There is absolutely no ragging in the campus.

Faculty

The faculty here is exceptional. The college is known for hiring various professors, educationists, thought leaders and Industry experts, who promote personal growth to students. Minimum qualification to become a professor here is Masters’ degree. Some professors also work on their own research and sometimes offer students to help them. They are highly co-operative in nature and are always ready to help each student who seeks help.

Campus Life

Whole campus area is covered with Wi-Fi connectivity and there is also a campus cafeteria for students. Gender ratio here is approximately 60:40 (Boys:Girls). There is diverse culturally and there is no kind of discrimination here. The college has various extracurricular activities such as product mela, guest lectures, flash mob, and other events. The administration is done by the students and evaluated by the faculty. Technical Fest has many events in which other colleges can also participate.

Academics

A year is divided into 2 semesters. There 2 internal exams and 1 end-term exam held in every semester. These exams help in calculating the semester GPA. Number of labs in a week depends on the subjects a student has taken in that semester. There are additional assignments, quizzes and class tests during the course of a semester.

Internships

The college does provide internships to students and even encourage them to bring and find their own internships if they want so. The average stipend is not disclosed by any faculty but they do let you know about the project and the seniors working on it..

Loans and Scholarships

The college provides scholarship based on the income pattern of the person. The number of scholarships is limited and is provided only till the required grades are maintained by the students. The college also provide help in getting student loan and pay fees after some time and even provides facilities for loan for hostel accommodations.

Remarks

It is one of the best private universities and offers a lot of facilities which include luxurious infra, well maintained labs, tech-teaching aids. The method of teaching is completely modern with the use of audio-visual facilities, projectors. Also, the all the classes are airconditioned.

Entrance Exam

The admission into the mba program is based on your score in entrance exams like cat, mat, xat, cnap, cmat etc. Also, this is not the only criteria candidates also need to attend the gd and pi round. Work experience is not mandatory but the ones with experience are preferred over others.

Fees

The total fee comes around 6-8 lakhs. This is pretty expensive in terms of the private university but the university offers scholarships to meritorious students.

Placements

Almost all of the students of my batch were placed with an average package of around 6 lakhs. The placement cell of the college is great it helps us in getting placed with the help of mock interview and skills development programs. The committee also helps us in working on our weak areas and even setting up our resumes. The placement cell is very efficient.

Hostel and Facilities

Alumni

It has an college alumni association who are invited to motivate students with their speeches and seminars. They also come as guest lecturers. There is an orientation program for the fresher’s where they get to know their teachers as well as their peers.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is very understanding and well qualified. The college ensures that its students get the best of the guidance from top facilities from not just India but across the globe. As the Imperial college of London is our mentor college, a lot of its faculty also comes down and teachers us. The Indian faculties are from top institute like IIM’s , sp jain, NMIMS and more.

Campus Life

The life at here has been great. Not just on the academic level but also on a personal level. There is lot of scope for creativity and we also get a lot of opportunities along with the required exposure in our respective fields. Also, the college promotes students who want to start something of their own.

Internships

When it comes to internship the college is one of the best in the country. They not only help you get an internship but also connects you with the company ypu want to intern for. Internhsip is taken very seriously and students get to do 2 internship during the course. This is done to provide diverse exposure to the students in the field of his/her interest. It also provides you with the required training.

Loans and Scholarships

The college has a tie up with a number of banks and students can get the loan facilities from them. To avail the scholarship based on your academic peroformca, the sytidents needs to maintain over 75% or 7.5 grape point average along with good attendance. The scholarship are provided to students belonging to reserved/minorities as well.
