Placement Highlights

1. The Placement Records from the year 2022-23 from the average package to the highest package are listed below:
   •  
     1. The Average Package offered at the JECRC campus placement is Rs. 7.3 LPA
     2. The Highest package offered at the JECRC campus placement is Rs. 44 LPA
     3. In the placement statistics of the year 2021-22, there was a total of 2 dream offers (placement package offer above 8.0 LPA) and a total of 5 super dream offers (placement package offer above 10 LPA) were made to the candidates. The super dream recruiters include, Amazon, Hewlette Packard, Regalo, Sales Force, and Nestle.
     4. A total of 1614 placement offers have been given out to the candidates of the JECRC and is the record till 15^th January 2023.
2. Every year hundreds of companies come and recruit students from the campus. Thus, the Placement rates of the college are around 95% to 98% in 2023.
3. There were a total of 1614 on-campus placement offers made to the students at the college by 100 Global MNC companies that visited the campus. An increasing number of female candidates were also recruited, and the rates go up to 85%.
4. A total of 100 Global MNCs and Fortune 500 Companies visited the campus of JECRC and recruited candidates from all fields.
5. Some of the top companies that visited the campus are Amazon, HPE, Celebal Technologies, IBM, Xebia, EY, Salesforce, LTI, HDFC Life, Cactus Communications, TATA AIG, etc.

The pie chart above shows the number of candidates got recruited from each department. To represent in numbers, a total of 725 candidates got recruited from CS, 170 from BCA, 195 from MCA, and 104 from IT.

The Highest salary offered by the companies over the years has sometimes increased and sometimes remained consistent. But the years 2019 and 2022 saw a huge increase in the highest CTC offered by the college placement that is 41 LPA in 2019 and 44 LPA in 2022.

The median salary increased over the years and in the year 2017-18 it became the highest one compared to the previous ones i.e., it came to 4 LPA.

• Amazon offered an amount of Rs. 44 LPA and holds the highest package offered in the placement in this college.
• Commvault offered an amount of Rs. 25 LPA to one of the BTech candidates
• Cloud Era selected two candidates from this campus and offered a package of Rs. 22 LPA
• Hewlette Packard recruited more than 30 candidates, and offered a package of Rs. 10 LPA
• Samsung recruited over 32 students and offered them a package of Rs. 7 LPA.

For the final year batch of 2021–2022, JECRC Foundation was successful in placing 2081 students. Among those 1614 students got into top-notch companies in the country and thus, JECRC takes pride in being one of the best in their placements in the country. Students got better placements in the 2nd phase of the placement drive of the college in the 2022-23 session.

JECRC trains its students through the Campus Recruitment Training drive for achieving the best results in the placements. It nurtures students to bring out their excellence and use their talents in the right way. The training modules comprises of all the crucial horizons such as Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, Personal and Technical interviews, Mock Drills, etc. Through this guidance, JECRCians overcome the obstacles faced during the interviews and selection process of the companies. They give training in areas like Python with Machine learning, Cyber Security, Digital Marketing, Robotics Process Automation, Machine learning with Data Science, SALESFORCE, AI, IOT, Red Hat Linux, etc. JECRC has started an initiative of the New School Placement Cell where students can avail of the opportunity of internship cum placement. So, it has implemented an internship program of six months for all its final year students and are compulsory for all as it is a part of their curriculum system. These internships empower students with the experience of the professional world and prepares them for the opportunities waiting ahead.
