The admission process for programs under Bits Pilani Distance Education is completely online.

How to Apply?
Below are mentioned steps to be followed by the applicant while applying-

• Log in to the official website (https://wilpadmissions.bits-pilani.ac.in/accounts/register/) and select the course you are interested in. Click on “Apply now” option on the course page. This will take you to the application form wherein enter your email id and create a password.
• The WILP Bits Pilani application form is a 4 step process as mentioned below.
• Post submission of the application and the documents will be scrutinized by the admission cell.
• The admission cell usually takes 2 weeks to go through the applicants documents and applications. Post that, you will be notified of the result via email.

Step-1: Fill/Edit and Submit Application Form

Select the program of your choice and fill in the your personal, communication and education details. Once done, click on the “Submit” button.

Step-2: Download Application PDF Copy

In this step, the filled application form will be downloaded on your computer. Take a print out of this form as well as note down the “Application Number” present at the top right corner of the form. Any future contact with BITS will be done in correspondence with this number only.

In Page 3 of this form, you will find the “Employer Consent Form”. This form needs to be stamped by the company’s HR and any other responsible individual/department.

In Page 4 of this form, you will find a “Mentor Consent Form”. This form needs to be filled by a mentor of the respective individual.

In Page 5, there is a list of documents which need to be uploaded. Kindly take photocopies of the required documents. You will have to upload them in the next step.

Who is a Mentor?

For online MBA, professional with BE/M.Sc/MBA/MCA/MBBS and at least 5 years of experience or ME/MS/M.Tech/M.Phil/MD/Higher degree of BITS or equivalent.

Step-3: Payment of Application Fee

Pay the application fee of Rs 1500 through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.

Step-4: Upload and Submit

This is the final section wherein you will be required to upload all the necessary documents one by one. Make sure the file format is any one of these- .JPEG, .DOC, .DOCX, .PDF, .ZIP.

• Mentor and Employer consent form (if required)
• Transfer Certificate / Leaving Certificate (Original).

The last date to submit an online application form for Bits Online MBA is on 12^th June 2023.

Bits Pilani Online MBA Fee Structure 2023

Fee for BITS Pilani Online MBA is Rs.2,70,000/-. The fee can be paid in 4 equal installments of Rs.63,500/- per semester. The institute also charges a one-time application fee of Rs 1500 and the admission fee of Rs 16,500.

Online MBA Eligibility Criteria

To become eligible to pursue an MBA from BITS Pilani the student should have-

• BE/BTech/MSc or an Integrated First Degree from BITS or equivalent with minimum 60% aggregate marks with minimum 1 year of work experience after completion of degree
• BSc/BCom/BCA or equivalent degree with at least 60% marks with at least one subject in Mathematics or statistics at high school or higher level with minimum 2 years of work experience after completion of degree
