National Academy of Agricultural Research Management

The National Academy of Agricultural Research Management was formed in 1976 by Indian Council of Agricultural Research at Hyderabad. The main aim of the university is to promote educational facilities in the agriculture field for enhancing the research capability and strategic advocacy in this area.

This institute was formed with a vision to act as a think tank for formulating agriculture-related policies. The campus provides for digital library and resource center. It also houses audio video library, interactive classrooms, behavioral exercises, advanced computer labs, auditoriums and gymnasium hall.

Various courses offered in this institution are-

• PGDMA (Post Graduate Diploma in Management- Agriculture),
• FOCARS (Foundation Course for Agricultural Research Services)
• PGDTMA (Post Graduate Diploma in Technology Management in Agriculture).

The admission to this institute is done according to recent graduation marks and various entrance exams like CMAT/CAT. The further process includes Group discussion, Personal Interview, Precis Writing and few points are also included for work experience if any.

Application and Admission Procedure

National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (NAARM) is a national-level research center located in Hyderabad, Telangana. It was established by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research in 1976.

The institute offers two flagship programmes:

1. Post Graduate Diploma in Management- Agriculture(PGDMA) : 2 Year Programme
2. Post Graduate Diploma in Technology Management in Agriculture (PGD-TMA): 1 Year Programme

Hostel and Facilities

National Academy of Agricultural Research Management is a popular management college. The college campus is spread over a large area of 50 hectares and surrounded by beautiful greenery. Many reputed educational institutions are situated near to this college campus

Hostel facility

This College provides separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The hostel rooms are quite spacious and can be used on a single on twin sharing basis. Each room has attached bathroom which is clean and well maintained.

Each hostel has separate mess facility which serves healthy food. The entire college campus is WiFi enabled.

Other Facilities

This college offers the very good medical facility to its students. Apart from this, it has a well-equipped gym, cafeteria, conference hall and a seminar hall and an auditorium. Moreover, it has well furnished AC classrooms.

It has well-organized labs for different subjects like GIS lab, Video lab, Multimedia lab etc. Apart from the indoor sports like carom, table tennis etc it also provides some outdoor sports facilities. It has a Basketball court, Cricket Ground, Football Ground and a Lawn Tennis Court.
